Renovation work

In May, we experienced exceptionally rainy weeks, which caused a lot of water from the sea to enter the school and Ayurveda resort facilities via the lagoons. The situation was exacerbated by further rainfall, forcing the schools in the region to temporarily close. As a result, extensive and cost-intensive renovation work was necessary to repair the damage to the buildings. We also took various measures to ensure better protection in future.

Vesak celebration and cricket match

On 23 May, we celebrated Vesak, the most important Buddhist festival, which commemorates the three most important events in Buddha’s life: his birth, his enlightenment and his death, all of which took place on a full moon day in the month of Vesak (May).

And on 27 May, an exciting cricket match took place at the one world foundation, which was played with great commitment and joy.
