At the end of June, the one world foundation school celebrated the Poson Festival with traditional devotional songs (Bhakthi Gee), the sharing of food (Dansala), and joyful games. The festival commemorates the introduction of Buddhism to Sri Lanka and is one of the country’s most important religious holidays.

 
Architecture can be more than a building – it can enable education, connect people, and shape the future. The one world foundation recently organised a two-day dental hygiene programme for its preschool children. The children learned why good oral hygiene is important and how to protect their teeth. The programme included practical guidance on proper brushing techniques, dental examinations, and – where necessary – appropriate treatment.
